Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the KaguCraft Home website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Product Information and Availability

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and pricing information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Custom orders may have extended lead times as specified during the ordering process.

Ordering and Payment Terms

By placing an order, you offer to purchase a product subject to these terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by KaguCraft Home. We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any time.

Payment is required at the time of order placement for in-stock items. Custom orders require a 50% deposit with the balance due before delivery. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

Pricing and Modifications

All prices are listed in Japanese Yen (¥) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, subject to acceptance by us.

Custom modifications to standard products may incur additional charges. All pricing for custom work will be confirmed in writing before production begins.

Delivery and Assembly Services

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on product availability, custom specifications, and delivery location. We will provide tracking information when your order ships.

Professional assembly services are available for an additional fee. Assembly must be scheduled in advance and is subject to technician availability in your area.

Returns and Exchanges

In-stock items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition. Custom-made items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Warranty and Quality Assurance

We provide a 2-year warranty on craftsmanship and materials for all furniture products. This warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover normal wear and tear or damage from misuse.

Warranty claims must be reported within 30 days of discovery. We will repair or replace defective items at our discretion.

Room Measurement and AR Tools

Our room measurement and AR preview tools are provided for convenience and estimation purposes. While we strive for accuracy, these tools should not be considered a substitute for professional measurement.

You are responsible for verifying all measurements before placing an order. We are not liable for products that do not fit due to inaccurate measurements provided through our tools.

Intellectual Property Rights

The content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of KaguCraft Home and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our express written permission.

User Conduct and Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our website or interfere with any other party's use of our services.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, transmitting malicious code, or engaging in any form of harassment or abuse.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KaguCraft Home and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Japanese arbitration rules.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
